Change Manager
A NSW Government organisation has recently released an opportunity for a Change Manager to support new business and technology implementations, including stakeholder management, business processes and business implementation support on medium to large programs of work.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following;
- Scheduling and defining Change Management activities.
- Stakeholder management with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Delivery of benefits realisation planning, business process development and reviewing & reporting on project successes.
- Regular communication with Directors on progress.
- Participation of business and functional requirements.
- Continuous improvement, and adherence to best practise guidelines.
- Consistently building relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure you are delivering the best service possible.
- 8 years solid experience working within IT Change Management.
- Proven management of change within E-business and online projects & technology implementations.
- You will be comfortable developing and maintaining detailed change management schedules.
- You will have had experience managing change relating to new business process or business transformation activities.
- Proven experience managing senior level stakeholders.
- Experience managing business change related to E-business programmes would be highly advantageous.
