The IT Risk and Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the management and leadership in regulatory and audit compliance and risk mitigation within the Information Technology Department. This includes several regulatory compliance entities, such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Federal Deposit Insurance Company (FDIC), Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), Federal Reserve Board, State Banking Commission of North Carolina, and Internal Audit. The responsibilities also include, internal and external audits, and implementation of related Information Technology (IT) compliance and risk management initiatives and management of the policies and procedures. May also act as an IT integration manager with key Bank departments, including Internal Audit, Compliance, and others, facilitating and enhancing those relationships for the benefit of the bank.
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 4 years in the IT audit, IT Risk and Compliance, or Risk Management including financial regulatory compliance experience required. Professional certification including CISA, CISM, or equivalent preferred.
