Finance Coordinator - Mi and Finance
We are currently looking for a finance Coordinator to take the team lead for a largest Retail bank, The position will be Responsible for ensuring changes required are identified and implemented for job codes (the means by which colleagues access systems and are allocated target and incentive schemes), targets and incentive schemes to reflect role changes implemented by the programme.
Purpose of the Role:
- Be the conduit between the programme and BAU SMEs to communicate programme information eg roll out timetable, role changes etc
- Produce a consistent plan for dealing with proposed changes across job codes, targets and incentives, and obtain internal design governance approval
- Ensure all proposed changes are implemented on a timely basis, and deal with any issues arising
- Assess impacts of other design changes on job codes, incentives and target areas and contribute to process documentation including task and activity lists and colleague journeys
- Liaise with Project Manager to ensure project plans reflect all steps required for SMEs and that actions are completed as due
