My client; a London Market Insurer is urgently looking for a Change Analyst to join their Business Change team to support the transition of a portfolio of change projects.
The successful candidate will be involved in an underwriting system implementation as well as several other smaller Business Change projects.
The candidate must be very Business focused with strong communication, stakeholder management, embedding and process improvement experience. The soft skills are exceptionally important and someone who is a self starter, tenacious, delivery focused and personable is essential.
Other essential experience include:
- 5-10 years Business Change Analysis or Change Management experience
- London Market Insurance experience
- Worked on a variety of large change programmes, ideally including underwriting system enhancement/implementation
- Process Change experience
