This is your chance to work for one of the top Telecommunication companies in Australia. Your role will be to create, maintain and manage project documentation while working with the OH&S teams. All levels of document controllers are encouraged to apply.
 
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
  • Develop and maintain efficient document control system
  • Maintain all incoming and outgoing documents including drawings, specifications and schedules.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business process and develop appropriate documentation.
  • Track documents as required (eg documents under review and transmittal submittal).
Essential:
  • Previous experience as a Document Controller (experience with Telecommunications or IT Industry preferred)
  • Highly developed computer literacy skills including the capacity to effectively use email, Microsoft Office 2007, Share Point, Online Databases, web searching and related software.
  • Good planning and resource skills;
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timeliness through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
  • Flexible during times of change.
  • Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety and risks to people and property as applied to the working environment.
Desirable:
  • Familiar with Microsoft Share Point.
Must have:
  • Current and valid Driver's License.
  • Valid Full Time Work Visa for Australia (eg Perm Residence, Highly Skilled etc)
