.* Provides network and security architecture and design expertise, based on Cisco Best Practice, for networking environments
.* Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems.
.* Provides critical Network, Voice and Security technical knowledge during Pre-Sales process
.* Provides knowledge transfer to clients on implemented solutions.
.* Drafts deliverable documents including network drawings and device configuration which clients can use to operate implemented solutions.
.* Provides technical post-sales delivery.
.* Supports sales team to recommend and close professional service engagements.
Minimum Requirements:
1- Candidate must have hands on experience designing and implementing voice equipment using Cisco routing and switching hardware such as Cisco Catalyst Switches and ISR Routers, Route Switch Modules (RSM), Multi-layer Switch Feature Cards (MSFC) routing equipment. Cisco Service modules including FWSM, NAM, IDSM, VPN, etc.
2- Candidate must have strong understanding of Cisco Firewalls (PIX, ASA, FWSM)
3- Candidate must have strong understanding of VPN technologies and services
4- Candidate should have understanding and experience with IDS/IPS capabilities and management
5- Candidate should have minimum of 7 years' experience with the above systems
6- Candidate should have either a CCNP or CCVP certification
.* Solid understanding of Cisco hardware and software systems.
.* Solid understanding of various troubleshooting methodologies and tools for switching, routing, security & VPN environments
.* Experience in network design as well as operation and maintenance
.* Experience with various types of network monitoring and management solutions
.* Hands on experience with routing protocols and life cycle security models and standards.
.* Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of experience.
.* Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
