Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Required:
If applicable, ability to report for emergency duty is required as part of your position. Emergencies may occur at any time and create varying degrees of damage, human suffering, injury, death, and property damage or destruction. As a contractor, you are an important part of our emergency responsibilities. In the event of an emergency, unless you are granted a temporary exemption from emergency duty, you may be required to work before, during and/or beyond your normal work hours or days to perform emergency duties including, but not limited to, responses to or threats involving any disaster or threat of disaster, man-made or natural.
Demonstrated experience with the development of web based applications in an Intersystem's Cache environment, .NET or Java.
Demonstrated experience with object-oriented techniques.
Demonstrated experience SQL programming.
Demonstrated experience using HTML.
Demonstrated experience using JavaScript.
Experience with formal software testing.
Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
Preferred:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff.
Experience with health applications.
Knowledge of Agile software development, project management and testing practices.
Education/Experience:
2 + years direct experience developing web-based applications in Intersystem's Cache, .Net, or Java.
2+ years direct experience with object-oriented development techniques.
Experience with The State of Florida, Health Clinic Management system is highly desirable.
