Tues 10 Jan 4 pm - 6 pm
Thurs 12 Jan 10 am - 12 pm
Tues 17 Jan 10 am - 12 pm and 4 pm - 6 pm
Wed 18 Jan 10 am - 12 pm
Thurs 19 Jan 10 am - 12 pm
Fri 20 Jan 10 am - 12 and 4 pm - 6 pm
Mon 23 Jan 10 am - 12 pm and 4 pm - 6 pm
Tues 24 Jan 10 am - 12 pm and 4 pm - 6 pm
Wed 25 Jan 10 am - 12 pm
Thurs 26 Jan 10 am - 12 pm
Fri 27 Jan 10 am - 12 pm and 4 pm - 6 pm
Mon 30 Jan 10 am - 12 pm and 4 pm - 6 pm
Fri 3 Feb 10 am - 12 pm and 4 pm - 6 pm
Pay Rate for this locum is up to 70 per hour depending on experience.
Applicants must have:
* GP Performers List with local PCT or LHB
* GMC GP registration
* Permission to work in the UK
* Relevant experience (Experience of working as a GP in the NHS is essential)
Assistance will be provided with regard to accommodation and travel arrangements on some occasions.
