- Customer Care Analyst Job Specification
- The client's solution center customer care analyst will be responsible for all customer related tasks at their respective center. The objective of the CCA is to be the primary on site point of contact for all customers visiting the DSC.
- Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
- Welcome the client's customers to respective DSC site on a daily basis
- Manage and own the rooms in each center through facility Outlook solution
- Work closely with the Site leader and Operations analyst to ensure customers are supported
- Support the Operations Analyst and prioritize any requests from them for resources
- On site point of contact for customers dealing with any issue that arises during their visits
- Work with peers in each region to confirm visit details
- Attend and participate on all customer related conference calls
- Ensure all DSC room bookings are maintained and meet customer requirements while also ensuring all equipment in each room is working correctly (AV, systems support, conference phone etc)
- Deal with agenda specific tasks (catering, name tags, greeting sign, local transportation etc)
- Ability to work in pressurised/changing customer facing environment
- Ensuring all customer feedback is gathered in a clear and concise manner along with any other feedback from the client's DSC staff
- Displays excellent business acumen, presentation and communication skills
- Provide customers with any DSC promotional material (Pens, USB Key etc)
- Participate with customers during DSC site tours

- Knowledge base of core subject and engagement model with field sales
- Excellent time management, project management and organization skills
- Excellent communication, decision making and listening skills
- Comfortable with senior level executives
- Excellent presence, professional image
