Ihre Aufgaben:
- Within the FTS Team, this person will provide third Level Support (last internal level) for Wintel servers according to agreed SLAs:
- Install & implement Windows servers.
- Support, troubleshoot and manage Day to day Windows 2003
- Preserve Operating System from application impacts via Hotfix validation and massive deployments via SCCM
- Escalate the problem to the respective organization
- Be part of the Change/Release Team.
- Provide root analysis and Detail Level plan to apply the change in a safe way.
- Provide on request reports and support for troubleshooting and activity Status;
- Carry out overall planning and coordinating activities pertaining to the update projects including , testing phase, project charters, plans, and monitoring progress to ensure delivery to time and quality requirements.
- Co-ordinate activities with the Windows2003 Team and ensure relation with all related GISIT Development and support Team.
- Stand by on duty
Ihre Qualifikation
- 3+ years experience in a similar large IT information services discipline and infrastructure deployment experience.
- Strong working experience with Windows 2003 and Wsh Scripting and hardware troubleshooting. Understanding of Enterprise System Management.
- Have good knowledge in : Programming Skills (VB, WSH), Windows 2003 Server, Cluster/Hardware, Active Directory, VMware, System Center Configuration Manager 2007.
- Good project management skills
- Could be involved in weekend activities
