Description
Functional Designer required for a 3 month contract based in France, working for a pre-eminent provider of post-trade services to some of the biggest finance and banking companies.
You will be producing the Functional Design documentation for the projects he/she is assigned, you will be using:
- Documentation produced by Business Analyst using the Modelling Tool: Mega
- You will be assessing the right balance between quality level and timeliness
- Play the interface between Business Analysts and Technical Designers/Builders
- Provide support to the Testing team or users during testing phase
You will ideally have the knowledge and experience of:
- swift (15022 and 20022)
- Custody
- Corporate actions
- Securities (warrant, bonds, stocks, MMI, etc.)
- Settlement
- Reference Data
- (I)CSD business
- ESES Market (CSDs, banks, issuers, stock exchange, custodians) Methods
- UML
- Merise
- The knowledge of the modelling (Process and Data), particularly with the tool Mega, is strongly appreciated.
TOOLS
Mega (Modeling tool): strongly appreciated. Microsoft Word, excel, PowerPoint. Acrobat writer.

LANGUAGES.
French: Fluent.
English: Good level.
Part of the Project documentation written up in English (part remains in French). Messages (some) and meetings (some) in English.
