ROLE: Project Manager -
SKILLS: Design - Retail Banking - Branch Network - London - up to £450 per day
Our client a leading retail bank is working to transform the customer journey/experience. The primary focus is on the branch network and will look to consider, opening hours, sales force roles/capability and waiting times.
Key accountabilities
- This role is required to complete the opening hours design element related to pilot branches. It includes an impact assessment, design and implementation planning for any changes required in pilot branches as a result of NRO design. This needs to be locked down by end of January in order for suitable communications to be developed.
- Internal resources have been considered but due to the time constraints an external hire will be required.
- The implication of not having this role is that no clarity will exist on the impact of NRO design for pilot branches. Not having a clear and high quality design will negatively impact the colleague and customer experience of this programme.
Core skills and experience required
- Ability to lead a working group of subject matter experts from various areas across the organisation to agree a design proposal and delivery approach.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience and knowledge of the steps to develop designs.
