Are you an experienced Service Unit Manager who has experience of Elderly Care/Respiratory and Gastro.
My client is currently going through a period of transformation and re-structuring and has identified the need for support and the delivery of key operational goals. You will take responsibility for the day to day operational management whilst also developing service plans and the delivery operational CIP plans.
This is a hands on operational delivery type role and will have a "duty Manager" component, you will need to be politically aware, positive and dynamic with excellent inter personal skills.
