CSOC Representative - Banking - Bristol - £498 per day
A leading UK retail bank requires a CSOC Rep to join their team based in Bristol working on a 3 month contract.
Working alongside Project Managers, you will be required to identify, assess and manager the impact of change on the banks customers. You will ensure the best possible customer experience is realised during the implementation of change across projects within the Commercial Portfolio.
You must possess the following core skills and experience:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous involvement in delivery of written communication
Ideally you will have change management experience and be from a financial services background.
