Looking for an experienced Clarity Administrator/Technical Analyst to support o SaaS Clarity application. There may be some light development but we are not looking for a Clarity developer Experienced Clarity resources should have the required Scripting knowledge necessary for this role.
Responsible for technically supporting the Saas Clarity application used by the business for Resource Management. Your duties and responsibilities will include assisting in the development of, and supporting of, program component design, performance monitoring and improvements within the Clarity application. Provide technical expertise in the development process improvements and technology initiatives across Clarity and other systems. Involved in all phases of the development lifecycle. Perform systems support and maintenance functions. Perform implementation of system upgrades.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Document, gather and analyze technical requirements
Diagnose, support and resolve application/technical issues on a vendor hosted Clarity SaaS environment
Participate in integrated system testing between Clarity and disparate systems including ERP
Provide technical support for Clarity
Maintain data synchronization between Clarity and other systems including ERP
Develop and support existing and new functionality within Clarity through use of Claritys Administration Tool
Develop portlets, queries, attributes, objects, lookups and configuration changes as required
Develop solutions that are aligned with business/IT strategies and comply with corporate architectural standards

Requirements
Working knowledge of CA Clarity version 12.0 running on a SaaS model
Working knowledge of Clarity data models, Business Objects and custom objects
Development/scripting experience with Jelly, GEL, XOG, HTML, XML, XSL, XSD and unix Shell
Experience in programming, systems analysis and/or application development
Working knowledge of database SQL including PL/SQL and triggers
Knowledge of Oracle Applications or SAP
Knowledge of SDLC and Software Quality methodologies
Understanding of the web infrastructure, database interfaces, java, and Middleware services
