Description

The successful candidate will be an experienced interim senior HR Professional who has worked at HR Director or Director of Workforce in the NHS. The appointed person will have a proven track record in strategic HR and Workforce Management including making substantial reductions in Pay bill, Absence Management and Medical Workforce cost reduction. The postholder will have highly developed communication skills and be well versed in discussions and negotiations with Senior stakeholders including Clinicians.
