Description
Reporting into the HR Director, the successful candidate will be an experienced Workforce Information professional with proven experience in ESR, standard reports, bespoke reports and be able to use the NHS eWIN Workforce tool effectively.
The postholder will be tasked with overhauling the current Workforce Information processes and ensuring the current Workforce Information team is fit for purpose.. This is a vital part of the Trust's FT application project and the successful postholder will, ideally have worked within a FT or FT Application environment.
