Information Security Professional needed primarily focused on assessing risks associated with IT application development processes and languages.
Will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of information security activities to protect client enterprise. Provide subject matter expertise to all operating units, and ensure that processes, controls and documentation are adequate to protect from existing risks as well as from potential new threats. Conduct complex risk analysis of the technical and non-technical processes that support new and existing environments, ensuring that actionable and effective controls are in place and implemented. Examples include Risk Analysis (RA) and Risk Mitigation (RM); Vulnerability Assessments; and Preparedness Assessments, with primary focus on IT applications security.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional technical skills with IT application, database, host and network security components.
- Strong experience (at least 3 years) with application security frameworks, standards and secure programming methodology, as well as development protocols (HTML/XHTML, XML, SXL, CSS, JavaScript/DOM Scripting, SOAP, SSL).
- Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as International Standards Organization (ISO) and the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (CobiT) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) frameworks.
- Hacker experience
