Description
DESCRIPTIONA Marketing Support consultant is needed for creating email content using HTML, CSS, and a Documentum-based CMS. The consultant will work with suppliers to obtain assets for emails; ensuring timeliness and quality of all deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Quality checking customer lists for use in email campaigns
- Running test and production e-mail campaigns
- Generating campaign reports; analysing campaign effectiveness and communicating business results
- Monitoring and managing a group mailbox to gather, document and analyze customer feedback
- Supporting a marketing automation solution (targeted for implementation later this year)
- Defining, testing, and launching e-mail and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Eloqua expert.
- HTML & CSS coding experience.
- E-Mail Campaign management skills.
- Data segmentation & database management experience.
- SQL, preferably MS Access.
- Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to present data in a meaningful way to clients.
- Ability to think logically & critically when solving problems and considering process & platform improvements.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with a non-technical audience.
