DESCRIPTIONThe Retail Dealership Product Manager will be responsible for sales support, implementation, client service relationship, and product management.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Facilitate meetings and on-site demos
- Train personnel for demos and client consulting
- Assist senior leadership with Marketing strategy
- Attend conventions; demo solution and follow-up
- Evaluate possible creation of User Groups
Implementation
- Manage implementation process
- Trouble-shoot problem areas
Client Service Relationship
- Lead contact on support issues
- On-going training/consulting
- On-going client requests
- Monthly billing and collections
- Monthly client consultations
Product Management
- Manage bugs and fix lists
- Work on better integration of solution in the delivery of firm assurance services
- Product enhancements (Design, Data flow, and Funding)
- Solution expansion to other systems
Qualifications:
- Must have a total of 4+ years of experience working with dealership computer systems
- Must possess a solid understanding of dealership accounting methodology
- Experience with Sequel server and software development knowledge is preferred
- Prior supervision of personnel performing processing activities and related technical matters is required
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field is preferred
