DESCRIPTION

The Network Services/Support consultant will troubleshoot and administer applications on behalf of the customer.

Responsibilities
  • Ticket Management (Open, Update, Track, Route, Close)
  • Troubleshoot Application Download Issues
  • Troubleshoot Device - Application Configuration issues
  • Troubleshoot Device Enrollment Issues
  • Troubleshoot Device - Server Internetworking
  • Troubleshoot Platform Availability Issues
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting 24x7, either on-call or shift work
  • MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint expertise
  • Enterprise Customer Support experience
  • Problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Required Certification: MCSE
