Description
DESCRIPTIONThe Sr. Business Analyst will work in a Security and Risk Management department during an implementation of vendor and risk modules. These modules will serve processes of vendor qualification and assessment and information technology risk management. The vendor will perform limited requirements gathering, design, configuration, and support of testing.
Responsibilities
- Document requirements and assemble existing Legacy reports, data, examples, and help explain these to the vendor.
- Document non-functional (performance, SLA, etc.) requirements and review with stakeholders for approval.
- Work with infrastructure teams to communicate non-functional requirements and ensure incorporated into infrastructure builds.
- Trace requirements to vendor designs and evaluate requirements coverage.
- Review with business for coverage risks.
- Work with the QA resource to plan and execute a system test or may need to plan and execute the system test him/herself.
- Plan/schedule testing with users
- Ensure test cases/results documented.
- Run user testing sessions, capture/log test results, capture/log and communicate issues, track issue resolution, and arrange retest.
- Plan/coordinate performance testing.
- Identify tests to run based on non-functional requirements.
- Identify how tests will be executed and track that all tests get executed.
- Participate in test execution and document overall results.
- Assist business departments with development of end user and system administration documentation.
- Assist steady state personnel with development of system operations documentation.
- Review and provide input to deployment plans.
- Assist with production certification testing during deployments.
- Experience with RSA Archer eGRC products desired
- Experience with security and GRC systems and business processes desired
- Experience working across multiple user groups
- Experience working with vendors and package products
- Experience in coordinating testing efforts
- Ability to coordinate resources without direct reporting authority
- Experience in resolving issues and conflicts among different teams/departments
- Ability to track and summarize status
- Experience implementing Governance, Risk and Compliance systems is preferred, but not required
- Occasional overtime possible. During installations, weekend work may be required
