DESCRIPTIONThe Sr. Level Portfolio/Service Delivery Manager will assist in the collecting, tracking, and verifying of information to prioritize project portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Prepare input data; participating in project team working group meetings as required to assess and prepare Demand Management and Resource Management model
- Understand and manage Change Management
- Assist in the development of and manage a Project Delivery Model
- Assist in the management of the Project Management Operations
- Understand and assist in the management of Capacity Planning Service Delivery, Application Support Model, Service Delivery Model, Service Level Management, Incident & Problem Management, Release Management, and Initial Launch Assurance Support
- Assist in the Implementation of Operational Efficiencies
- Understand and assist in the implementation of ITIL Standards & Methodology
- Prepare of reports and presentations as required
- Maintain the oversight and reporting requirements lists of the assigned Cost Center
- Prepare and/or assist with the development of Portfolio/Service Delivery Management documents
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all Portfolio/Service Delivery Management files
- ARIBA 4 - 7 years Intermediate
- MS Outlook 4 - 7 years Intermediate
- MS Powerpoint 4 - 7 years Intermediate
- MS Excel 4+ years Advanced
- Portfolio Management 2+ years Intermediate
- Project Deliverable Controller 4 - 7 years Intermediate
- Project Development/Planning/Administration 4+ years Intermediate
- Project Financial Development/Planning 4 - 7 years Advanced
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Confidentiality concerning financial and employee files
- 7+ years of experience with Portfolio and Service Delivery management including analysis and managing large scale organizational programs
- 7+ years of experience as an information technology professional in one or many roles such as portfolio manager, Service Delivery manager, program management, or project management
- Strong Microsoft Excel (demonstrated use and experience with Pivot Tables, vlook up if/or statements)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to effectively communicate with the stakeholders and senior business leadership appropriately
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Time management skills
- PMP Certification desired
