DESCRIPTIONThe Senior Analyst will be responsible for consulting with business and IT departments in solving complex business problems, through the implementation of new processes or technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, and maintain relationship with each of the Project Managers/Project Owners and provide the day to day financial support.
- P&L management experience on a day to day basis.
- Assist the Director of Global Finance with assimilating and creating presentations from this data to key executives and stakeholders.
- Obtain forecast updates from project managers/initiative owners.
- Consolidate monthly status and confirmation of synergy forecasts based on updates received.
- Create and provide customized reporting of savings.
- Maintain record of tracking and any exception updates.
- Analyze monthly data.
- Identify risks/issues, escalate as appropriate and drive to resolution.
- Provide high level updates to Director of IT Finance on weekly/monthly basis.
- Other misc. tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- 6 + years of strong Financial Analysis experience, preferably including IT infrastructure/network operation spend and analysis.
- Heavy P&L management building experience on a day to day basis.
- Proven experience and ability being aggressive in finding information.
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and tasks.
- Proven strong relationship building skills to support and gain the partnership of the technical teams.
