DESCRIPTIONThe Finance Consultant will assist with Accounting and Budgeting functions, as well as other special projects which require assist with property tax compliance. Responsibilities include Tax Return Preparation, Assessment Notice Validation, Tax Bill Processing, Payment Completion, Distribution of State Values, etc.

- MS Word and Excel expertise
- Well versed in Pivot Tables and V-Lookups Excel
