DESCRIPTIONThe Communications Analyst will support a change communications program for a development operations group, which is currently transitioning to a new business model for clinical trial implementation services.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a series of communications in concert with business milestones
- Manage the organization's website and other key communication channels
- Write compelling news articles and feature stories on complex, often scientific, topics
- Develop a variety of materials including an electronic newsletters, FAQs, and website content
- Strong business writing and/or journalism skills are a must
- Website administration experience
- Basic knowledge of graphic design
- Understanding of communications strategy
- Project Management/Organizational skills
- Project Plan Execution/Task Management experience
- Ability to simplify complex material into everyday language
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work with client community, which includes senior leaders
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Photoshop experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare communications is a plus
- Some travel on an as needed basis
