DESCRIPTION

The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for the execution and oversight of projects related to the purchasing of construction items for multiple, concurrent development projects across the U.S. Report to the Purchasing Supervisor and support the broader indirect procurement organization with reporting and savings analysis needs. Requires heavy organizational, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a cross-functional environment. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a time sensitive environment is a must.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills including understanding how to plan work in reasonable time frame and break tasks into achievable sub-tasks
  • Strong documentation skills including ability to use Excel and other quantitative analysis tools
