DESCRIPTION

The Network Services/Support consultant will monitor and troubleshoot a wide area network environment. Work in a 24x7 network operations center providing advanced technical support of WAN/LAN networks for both domestic and international clients.

Qualifications
  • Advanced WAN troubleshooting/problem determination.
  • Frame Relay, ISDN, ATM, Private Line experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco IOS Architecture.
  • Knowledge of Cisco QoS.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco Campus LAN troubleshooting/problem determination.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work determined shift in a in an operational support environment. Some substitute rotation during off-shifts, including nights and weekends may be required.
  • Ability to dynamically multitask on complex, diverse issues and work with customers in a fast pace SLA driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to accurately and quickly diagnose and communicate findings, internally and externally.
SKILLS
Advanced WAN troubleshooting/problem determination, TCP/IP troubleshooting, Ip Protocol knowledge, Cisco LAN Troubleshooting Experience, Frame Relay, ISDN, ATM, Private Line, Advanced knowledge of Cisco IOS Architecture
