Plexxus is now positioned to implement new efficiencies by implementing SAP financial and supply chain software applications at Plexxus and our member hospitals.
We are searching for an Interface team Lead to be part of the ITS Project Leadership Team and take responsibility for managing the implementation of the interfaces of the solution to the remaining 10 hospitals of the ITS project. This role will report to the ITS Implementation Project Manager. Implementation of the solution' interfaces to its member's hospitals are the primary deliverables of this role.
Accountabilities:
- Manage a team of Consultants and Business Analysts for the implementation of the interfaces to be put in place and deployed to the 10 remaining hospitals in the project
- Manage the development of the activities required for the development of the interfaces and its implementation including all tests cycles (Unit, Integrated, User Acceptance)
- Collaborate with Plexxus business owners and hospital stakeholders to further develop and put in place strategy, processes and systems and activities required for the implementation of the interfaces
- Assist Deployment Project Managers with the roll-out of their hospital (expertise, scope definition, budgeting, project activities planning)
- Present project updates as well as business and interfaces design reviews to project stakeholders
- Act as the SME regarding interfaces
Qualifications:
- Experience in large scale SAP implementation projects including specific experience with Process Integration PI), developments of interfaces and Testing cycles (Unit, Integrated testing, User Acceptance)
- Minimum eight (8) years experience in a consultant role in an SAP environment (FI-CO, PS, FM, SD, MM, SRM, eWM)
- Strong experience in integration management between SAP, Middleware (as PI) and third party systems
- Experience in recent SAP ERP Versions: ECC 6.0,
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading and managing a team of consultants
- Understanding of and experience with processes and requirements as it relates to supply chain, procurement
- Strong analytical, organizational, architecture and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a broad group of stakeholders to implement common standards and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a project environment
- 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a shared service or business process outsourcing environment
- Experience with the tools required to facilitate this work - MS Office, Visio, MS-Project.
