DESCRIPTION

The Systems Engineer receives, owns, and resolves issues related to supported client platforms, with the use of tools, process, and teamwork.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Cisco: The following certifications are desired: one year of practical experience with UCCE, UCCX, CCNA (ICND1/ICND2), CCVP, CCIE, CCM, CVP, Unity
  • Cisco: IOS Voice Gateways and Gatekeepers experience
  • Cisco: Cisco Data Center Unified Computing System, UCS knowledge
  • VMware: vSphere Install, Configure, Manage VMware ESXi/ESX 4.x and VMware vCenter Server skills
  • Microsoft: MCSE, MCP, MCP+I, SQL, Office, Project, Visio expertise
  • Familiarity with Operating Systems: Windows Server and desktop various versions, Linux various versions
  • Knowledge of Hardware HP Proliant Servers (various), Dell Servers, Cisco IOS Voice Gateway Routers, Gatekeepers, and Catalyst Switches
  • Verint call recording administration and troubleshooting
