Senior Release Management Analyst, 12 months, London
Prestigious Investment Bank based in the City seeks a Senior Release Management who will carry out the day to day duties within the Release Management team, namely to manage changes through the controlled environments with the aim of successful Production implementation. Additionally, the role also provides the opportunity to lead implementation of improvements to processes and practices. The roles primary focus will be on software changes, however it would be expected that the role work closely with counterpart role introducing Infrastructure changes in to the team's service portfolio.
The role will be deputy to the Team Leader and to carry our Team Leader activities in the Team Leader's absence.
Essential experience:
- Experience with Release Management and the promotion of release packages through controlled environments.
- Experience with process driven working practices and discipline to adhere to policies. Demonstrated problem solving skills and dedicated customer service.
- Scripting knowledge and ability to standardise and automate tasks. Process development and definition. Knowledge of Release management practices
