Stress Testing/Portfolio Modelling - Programme Manager
My leading Banking client requires an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of two very high profile programmes of work. One is focussed on the delivery of a new scenario and stress testing capability, whilst the second will design and deliver the strategic IT architecture for modelling, improving model governance and improvements to the modelling environment.
As such any applicants must be able to display previous experience of working on modelling/stress testing programmes and be able to deliver on the following responsibilities:
*Excellent senior stakeholder management skills across various areas of the business including Risk and IT - This is key as the two projects have many synergies and interdependencies which must be closely managed!
*Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and disciplines and experience of using this to deliver to business needs.
*Top class communication skills and the ability to adapt these to various audiences.
*Ability to provide strong leadership and strategic direction to a mixed programme team.
*Interact with other Risk Transformation Programmes as required to manage potential dependencies and synergies.
*Establish an effective programme governance structure and full reporting.
