Creative Services Project Manager
8 month contract position. No relocation provides. This position will perform art/creative services director responsibilities for Corporate Marketing organization. The primary function is to provide creative and strategic direction on how to best visually represent our corporate identity across all applications, including: print collateral, web sites, digital media, multimedia, business communications, tradeshows, etc. Within our team, the candidate will work with Corporate Marketing resources to develop visual identity standards and resources to help guide global teams marketing, creative, agencies, and all employees on the proper alignment to our visual identity system. The candidate must also possess top-notch consulting skills, as a primary role will be interfacing with marketing teams and external agencies to guide creative design efforts across business units and corporate functions to achieve our identity objectives.

Responsibilities:
-Assist clients in analyzing their needs and providing creative direction to best achieve the objectives of our corporate identity, while meeting their unique marketing and business needs
-Increase the quality and creative level of work produced by creative disciplines to help create a positive impression of our brand
-Review business unit materials for alignment with our standards and provide consultation to address any gaps
-Establish positive relationships with global creative teams to foster brand advocacy inspire others to achieve our objectives
-Assess our existing visual identity system and recommend/implement improvements
-Develop concepts and resources as required to better portray principles, simplify understanding by our constituents, and advance our brand strategy
- Train global resources on our identity system
-Help manage and coordinate agency production work

Requirements:
-8-10 years combined experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, Sr. Graphic Designer or similar positions
-Must have a minimum of 2+ years experience in the role of Creative or Art Director
-Undergraduate degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field
-At least 4 years of experience managing large-scale creative projects
-Strong capabilities in both print and interactive (eg web, multimedia) design and ability to work across multiple media types for integrated campaigns
-Knowledge of graphic fundamentals typography, color, imagery style, layouts/grids and an ability to develop style guides and other resources to educate creative teams
-Knowledge and experience with all aspects of the creative process from beginning concepts through final form and completion
-Strong working knowledge of brand development, experience design, and marketing communications best practices
-Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
-Experience and strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
