LTD: £19.75 per hour - £21.55 per hour. Develop relationships across Schools to maximise the buy-back of HR services and ensure service delivery to Schools is in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Responsible for ensuring front line HR services are provided to Schools, ensuring quality, consistency and value for money and control of buyback services for Schools. Oversee the provision of the full HR service buyback to Schools including payroll, recruitment, changes to employees terms and conditions, H&S, performance management against services, service improvement and redesign of services, etc Be responsible for HR complaints resolution with Schools working closely with the relevant HR Business Partner. Be responsible for developing regular communications to Schools via various channels to ensure they are kept up to date with changes and developments.
