Ihre Aufgaben:
- Provide first, second and third level support for one or more business processes and/or technology systems in a large-scale business enterprise environment.
- Demonstrates commitment and ingenuity in expert application of available facilities to non-standard situations.
- Diagnosing underlying causes of difficulties.
- Devising solutions to ensure that the effect on operations is minimized.
- Regularly monitors the incident, status and speed of resolution of inquiry´s and problems
- Pro-active in devising improvements and recommending changes to systems, products or services.
- You will join a team, supporting tools - from ticketing tool to document management system. Scope is to handle operational activities such as user registration, job monitoring, application testing, first level support, third party contact in case of issues, communication to end users.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Experience in a similar role.
- Sharepoint know how as well as Testing knowledge.
- Tools supported are globally which means advanced English is mandatory.
- MS Office Skills.
