Are you an experienced NHS interim Estates Manager? Do you have a proven track record and a high level of experience in managing minor works, refurbishments and contractors?
Do you have the ability to review existing contracts and arrangements to challenge effectively and ensure the delivery of high quality work that represents good value for money? Have you the ability to assist the trust as it goes through a period of transformation and redevelopment?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a trust that is actively improving and strives to always deliver the highest level of patient care but accepts the need to improve its estates function and building maintenance regimes.
You will form a key part of the organisations re-development and assist the executive team by utilising your expert knowledge and experience.
