External Communications Advisor (8-Month Contract)
£29,500-£33,000 pro-rata + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Bristol (with travel to Newbury and Exeter)

Based within our Bristol office, you will take responsibility for promoting and delivering resident communications that represent the organisation positively. Internally, you will build strong relationships with Communications colleagues as well as our Housing and Property Services departments to facilitate effective external communications with residents.
We require demonstrable experience of writing external communications plans, and a range of resident facing materials such as newsletters and leaflets. Positive and engaging communication skills are crucial to your success within this role, together with sound IT skills.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required to meet frequent travel requirements to Newbury and Exeter.
Occasional work outside of normal working hours may be required in order to meet business requirements.
