My client a leading Investment Manager in the UK, with offices based in the City, London is currently seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer.
The role will involve providing support in the planning, design, implementation, maintenance and support of the clients Collaborative Services environment. This will include identifying and resolving issues, improving system functionality and working on system improvement opportunities. Additionally, maintaining and following relevant procedures and documentation, reviewing and updating where required. Candidates will be required to have experience with relevant IT technologies including MS Exchange, IronPort, Blackberry Symantec Enterprise Vault, MS OCS and Lync and fax services - FACSys, RightFax,
