My client a leading financial Securities firm with offices in the City, London seeks an experienced IT Auditor for an initial 4 to 5 weeks contract.The role will involve reviewing selected IT projects and establish the effectiveness of the related project control processes covering project planning and initiation, design and development, testing and post implementation reviews, conducting targeted IT testing as required to support the bond investment audit as well as being responsible for assisting with the relevant audit risk assessments, audit tests and for summarising any findings or recommendations in an issues log. Ideally the candidate will have experience of IT audit within a banking or securities company environment.
