Description
A highly established services organisation is seeking a interim Payroll Project Manager to maange the transition of Payroll activity between two outsourced providers.
Reporting into the Project Director, your remit will be to assess the high-level scope, create and deliver a robust transition plan, whilst engaging with the relevant stakeholders across the business. You will also ensuring a holistic approach is taken across all of the relevant workstreams (HR Business Partnering, Shared Services, Functional Systems, and Finance) and manage the embedding of the new supplier.
The programme is due to mature, and become more Transformation focused in its deliverables, specifically around systems.
You will have a track-record of:
* Project management of multiple Payroll-centric initiatives, which focused on Process and systems - ideally working with Outsourced providers
* Highly robust approach and ability to work in change-heavy environments
* Excellent ability to communicate with geographically dispersed stakeholders ensuring buy-in across the board
* Experience of working within major transformation programmes
