A major Semiconductor organisation has an urgent requirement for a Senior Reliability Engineer within their Reliability Department. As a Senior Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for the qualification of new processes, packages and IC`s produced in these areas and with respect to quality and reliability. The work will be based in the Netherlands and is an opportunity to work with an organisation that has a large focus on innovation within the Semiconductor industry.The role and responsibilities:
. Assess reliability risks in development projects, engineering changes and production deviations
. Participate in and leads multidisciplinary teams
. Responsible for the execution of the reliability testing and reliability related analysis
Ideal level of experience:
. Education level of Bachelors or higher in Physics, Chemistry or Electronics
. knowledge on IC technology and/or reliability
. Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, PDCA, DOE, 8D etc) and application
. Creative and taking initiative
. High drive and result oriented
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
. Free movement around the European Community
. Excellent organisational skills accompanied with high communication skills
. Strong in communication, interaction, presentation and reporting.
. A strong background and experience in Semiconductors and Electrical Engineering
