I am working with a leading international firm to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Manager for a 6 month fixed term contract. You will provide outstanding advisory support across the firm.
Assisting in disciplinary matters, conducting investigations and providing advice on the content of compromise agreements, you must and have sound UK employment law knowledge. You will additionally have extensive experience in writing new policies and ensuring their effective implementation.
This role provides a rare opportunity to lead the ER function within a highly regarded organisation.
