Description:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other Customer Business Team members, and most significantly with our Customer Category Managers (Account Managers). You will also work with members of Customer Finance and Supply Chain and the Customer.
As the command center for Trade and Accounts Receivables (A R), your responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Customer Business Team in the overall management of deductions, including:
- Preparing performance validation packages ie debit note, offer, volume, rate
- Working with customer to secure back-up to validate debit or to seek re-payment on invalid deductions
- Assisting in the preparation of Invalid deduction information packages and post audits for customer presentation
- Clearing case rate deductions
- Escalating non-compliance of A R process to senior management for appropriate follow up
- Assisting the Customer Business Team in trade management, including
- Executing A R reviews with the Customer Category Managers (CCMs) to assist in managing an up-to date trade spending position
- Assisting in maintaining sales systems trade fund data
- Ensuring trade spending complies with our policy and procedure
- Facilitating timely trade deduction resolution both internally and externally
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Social Sciences
- 1 +years experience with sales trade management trade deduction resolution
- Computer literate with expert knowledge of Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of AC Nielsen data is preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter who aggressively pursues objectives, is assertive with regards to policy matters and is action oriented
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with strong analytical skills
