Our client is a successful, global blue chip with operations around the world with a workforce of 80000 operating in more than 80 countries. This role will be responsible for supporting and managing elements of the country delivery as they relate to the process and functional deliverables required for the global roll out of SAP HR.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Responsibilities include supporting the Procurement documentation and completion of country process variations against the global processes to ensure end to end process coverage.
  • Key focus of this role is to coordinate and support the country engagement with the various delivery streams, thereby minimizing the impact on countryresources and acting as a central point for all delivery streams.
  • The individual will work within the HRIS programme team to provide input into the business needs and support the solution design.
  • Track, update and record project plan updates, action logs, interdependencies, risks and issues to ensure delivery against plan.
  • Arrange Super User Training on the system and train the trainer to ensure user compliance
  • Co-ordinate UAT groups
  • This role will report into a HR Programme Manager/Country Deployment Manager

The Candidate will have:

* Procurement Experience* this is not a technical role.

Bachelor Level Education

Essential Skills

  • A detailed understanding of HR processes.
  • A good understanding of the SAP HR architecture.
  • Experienced in working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • 2 years or more project experience.
  • Worked on at least 2 projects in an analyst role.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Facilitating skills.
  • Proficient in use of MS Project, Visio etc.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal direct supervision.
  • Ability to work in pressurised environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work at tactical/operational levels.
