Description
My Local Authority client have an opening within their team for a qualified Social Worker. You will have responsibility for your caseload and meet agreed workload targets. You will undertake assessments of need and construct care plans and packages to meet the needs of your clients.
You will maintain your knowledge and awareness of legislation and departmental policies and procedures, whilst working in partnership with other team members as well as departments (Housing etc). You will be computer literate able to maintain accurate admin systems and efficient work monitoring.
