Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive event management policies and procedures for all event types
  • Ensures consistent application of operational procedures through training and production of support materials and through development of software and tools
  • Develops and maintains the centralisation of shared document resources to complement event management strategies
  • Develops and manages solutions to support best practice event planning
  • Produces and updates clear roles and responsibilities for all key suppliers within the event management process
  • Develops resource plans with key suppliers to match annual event support needs
  • Manages monthly budget tracking process with suppliers to ensure efficient cash flow
  • Manages monthly accommodation tracking, transitional accounts accruals and progress
  • Manages suppliers' performance; supplier contracts
  • Identifies and maximizes consolidated supplier benefits across the broad range of events
  • Conducts reviews of suppliers
  • Works in collaboration with other departments to ensure contracts and events are in line with corporate, financial, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Develops and implements in collaboration with corporate departments and affiliates clear procedures relevant to event planning compliance
  • Updates key market regulatory overviews for use by internal and external users
  • Provide clear training on use of event regulations procedures


Ihre Qualifikation
  • Extensive congress/event management experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Procurement experience – has managed contracts with external agencies/vendors
  • Multiple tasks and priorities management
  • Project planning
  • Budget control and reporting
  • Marketing plans management
  • Proven team management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of global software systems for strategic meeting management
  • Fluent English – verbal and written
  • Flexibility
  • Creativity and flair
