- Fully competent Incident/Defect management skills
- Ideally project management skills
- Someone who can manage all incidents raised across the whole delivery (provide a consistent approach) - programme level incident management not just one project (multiple projects)
- Be able to create daily reporting
- Effective communicator
- Provide guidance and influence as required
- Ensure the Incident Management process if followed and adhered to
- Provide a programme level view of the incidents as well as detailed
