Mechanical Design Engineer
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £24 - 31 per hour (Based on experience)
Location: Oxfordshire
Mechanical Design Engineer F1- Unigraphics, NX, UG, Transmission, Gearbox components/Powertrain.
My Client a leading supplier into various F1 Teams are looking for highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineers to join their team, the highly skilled design engineer will have knowledge, skills and experience in some of the following:
*Qualified to a minimum of BEng or BSc degree level, or equivalent, in Mechanical, Automotive or Aerospace Engineering- Transmission, Gearbox components/Powertrain.
*Have post graduate experience in a design engineering environment using 3D CAD - Transmission, Gearbox components/Powertrain.
*Unigraphics NX7.5- Transmission, Gearbox components/Powertrain.
*Previous Motorsport experience is also preferable, but not essential.
*Experience of designing rotating metal components.
*Experience of 'high volume' automotive design would be an advantage for the Automotive and Engineering position.
