Tasks
Follow up of team members (work & tasks assignment)
Give feedback to Domain Manager on individuals performance
Follow up of projects with a delivery from the team
Summarize the information & discuss actions with Domain Manager
Use of the client tools for application changes
Use of the client tools for time tracking
Follow up of application changes and deliveries
Organize the analysis of new changes & related activities
Organize the related team forecast and budget activities
Participate and give input for the client processes
Organize and apply best techniques for vendor management
Liaise with operational department to ensure service follow-up
Liaise with business departments to follow up application roadmap
Liaise with other engineering & architecture teams
Ensure follow up of escalations and problem resolution

Experience in Team Management (in ICT)
Fluent in Dutch, French and English: strong communication skills
