Our prestigious client is looking for a SAP HCM consultant In support of a SAP-enabled global transformation program, we are looking for someone having experience with SAP HR. Experience in handling SAP HR module in meeting legal requirements in Europe. Payroll is not part of the scope. Must have at least 7-8 years of SAP project implementation experience. Must have at least one global full cycle SAP implementation experience including rollout. Experience in conducting SAP overview sessions, high level solution reviews and system walkthroughs. Experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops, collecting legal and performing fit/gap analysis Experience in SAP country versions, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Engaging with and working with business/site personnel. Must have led business teams in testing and training activities. English speaking project.
